The 1kV aluminum alloy core power cable produced by Shandong Yanggu Cable Group is fixed on the transmission and distribution line with AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 1kV and below for power transmission, so as to realize the replacement of copper with aluminum. The laying method can be buried, in the air, in the bridge, underwater, etc.

1. GB/T 31840.1-2015 Rated voltage 1kV (Um=1.2kV) to 35kV (Um=40.5kV) aluminum alloy core extruded insulated power cable Part 1: Rated voltage 1kV (Um=1.2kV) and 3kV (Um=3.6kV) cable

2. GB/T 19666-2005 General rules for flame retardant and fire-resistant cables (only applicable to flame-retardant and fire-resistant cables)

Second, product characteristics

1. Conditions of use

Rated working voltage: 0.6/1(1.2)kV;

Cable laying temperature: ≥0°C;

Long-term maximum allowable operating temperature of cable conductors: PVC insulation: 70°C, XLPE insulation: 90°C;

The maximum working temperature of the cable during short circuit (up to 5s): XLPE insulation 250°C; PVC insulation, cross-sectional area ≤ 300mm², 160°C, cross-sectional area greater than 300mm², 140°C;

The minimum allowable bending radius of the cable: 20D for single core without armor, 15D for single core, 15D for three cores without armor, 12D for three cores, and 7D for aluminum alloy interlocking armor. Note: D is the actual outer diameter of the cable.

2. Structural requirements

The basic structure of 1kV aluminum alloy core extruded insulated power cable is composed of three parts: conductor, insulation layer and protective layer.

1) Conductors

The conductor is made of stranded aluminum alloy wire, which meets the requirements of GB/T 3956-2008 standard. A conductor is the conductive part of a power cable that is used to transport electrical energy.

2) Insulation

The insulation is extruded in PVC or XLPE. The cores are electrically isolated from the ground and the cores of different phases to ensure the transmission of electrical energy.

3) Outer sheath

The outer sheath is PE or PVC, and flame retardant, termite-proof, low-smoke and low-halogen flame retardant, low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant and other materials can also be provided according to customer requirements. The function is to protect the power cable from the invasion of external impurities and moisture, as well as to prevent external forces from directly damaging the power cable.
