● Purpose

The NJBL, JBT, and JB-TL series of special-shaped parallel groove clamps are suitable for non load bearing splicing and branching of wires in overhead power lines. They are used in conjunction with insulation covers to provide protective insulation.

● Structural characteristics

1. Select anti alumina alloy materials;

2. Tooth shaped structure, low contact resistance, reliable connection;

3. Component integration. No parts will fall off during installation;

4. The arc is tightly held over a large area, making it difficult for the wire to creep.

● Insulation cover performance characteristics

1. Working voltage withstand: ≥ 18kV, maintain voltage for 1 minute without breakdown;

2. Insulation resistance:>1.0 × 1014 Ω;

3. Environmental temperature: -30 ℃~90 ℃;

4. Climate resistance performance: After 1008 hours of artificial climate aging test, the performance is good.
