商品说明
● Overview Due to lightning strikes on overhead insulated lines, direct lightning overvoltage or induced electrode overvoltage can easily cause insulator flashover and breakdown. The concentration of power frequency arc at the insulation layer penetration point can cause the insulation circuit to melt. In order to prevent accidents, it is necessary to install a line passing voltage protector above the overhead insulated line. Its function is to direct the lightning current to the protector and cut off the power frequency current when the overhead insulated line is struck by lightning, avoiding insulator flashover or breakdown, protecting the overhead insulated line, and avoiding wire breakage accidents.
● Technical features Excellent protection characteristics, effectively cutting off power frequency continuous current and avoiding insulation wire breakage accidents after lightning strikes through the joint action of the series gap formed between the damaged and insulated wires and the current limiting element; The unique interface coupling technology and one-time molding process of silicone rubber jacket for special mechanical structures (including load-bearing skeleton and buffer layer) ensure that the product can withstand high mechanical stress, reliable sealing, and explosion-proof; Safe and reliable operation, maintenance free. Even if the protector is damaged due to abnormal conditions, the isolation effect of the series gap will not affect the insulation coordination of the line, ensuring the safe operation of the power system. 商品参数
● Installation steps Parallel installation with insulator (PS-15); Firstly, unscrew the bolt on the upper end of the current limiting element, press the pressure plate positioning pin on the stainless steel drainage ring into the positioning hole on the upper end of the current limiting element, tighten the bolt and tighten it. Then tighten the current limiting element onto the connecting piece. When installing on the pole, unscrew the nut at the root of the insulator (PS-15), insert the circular hole of the protector connector into the bolt at the root of the insulator, and evenly wrap the drainage ring around the insulator (PS-15), so that the gap between them is even (if the gap between the stainless steel drainage ring and the insulator is uneven, the angle of the drainage ring and the position of the connector can be adjusted). Finally, tighten the nut at the root of the insulator and the bolt at the lower end of the current limiting element. The overhead insulated conductor must be placed in the groove at the top of the rod insulator (PS-15) (rather than in the side groove); The gap between the stainless steel drainage ring and the insulated wire (core) must be controlled within the range of 100 ± 5mm, with a minimum distance of not less than 40mm and a maximum distance of not more than 125mm; The gap between the drainage ring and the insulator must be uniform and controlled within 25 ± 5mm; For overhead insulated lines without stripping the insulation layer, the arc of the three-phase drainage ring must be externally placed in the same direction to avoid the spacing between the drainage rings being too small and affecting the insulation coordination of the overhead line. The grounding terminal adopts a dedicated grounding wire, and the grounding resistance should be controlled below 30 Ω, such as using galvanized steel bars, steel strands or flat steel with a cross-sectional area of 50mm2; For mountainous areas such as hills with high grounding resistance, a dedicated grounding network needs to be constructed. It is recommended to install one set at the top of each pole in areas with frequent lightning damage; In other areas, a set can be installed every two poles. ● Precautions It is recommended to increase the frequency of line patrols during thunderstorm periods. If any abnormalities are found in the appearance of the product and the drainage ring (such as damage, cracking, or signs of electrical corrosion on the outer cover of the current limiting element, deformation or severe electrical corrosion of the drainage ring, or deviation of the protector), please replace it immediately. |
