商品说明
● Overview The puncture type external gap lightning arrester is suitable for 10kV overhead insulated conductors in power distribution. It adopts a patented design of puncture entry arc head structure, which can penetrate the insulation layer of the conductor to form electrical connections; The lower end of the arc is not opposite to the upper end of the lightning arrester, forming a series external discharge gap with a distance of 60-130mm. The distance is adjusted by the relative movement of the two mounting plates at the lower part of the lightning arrester. Under normal conditions, the high resistance lightning arrester resistor and discharge gap do not operate; Only when the lightning overvoltage exceeds the prescribed limit, can the discharge gap be broken down, forming a short-circuit channel. The continuous power frequency arc burns in the outer gap, releasing overvoltage energy to protect the wire from burns. After the voltage is released, the high resistance gap discharge of the lightning arrester resistor returns and stops. ● Usage conditions 1. Environmental temperature: -40 ℃~+50 ℃; 2. Altitude not exceeding 2000m; 3. The power frequency is 50-60Hz; 4. The maximum wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s; 5. Areas with seismic intensity of 8 degrees or below. 商品参数
Installation steps 1. Select the appropriate type of piercing series external gap lightning arrester according to actual needs and installation methods. 2. First, install the mounting plate onto the steel feet of the ordinary insulator. 3. Select the appropriate position to install the puncture arc head on the wire, tighten the bolts evenly in stages until the torque cap is broken, and the puncture teeth should penetrate deep into the insulation layer, and the outer layer of the wire should Tightly adhere to the online slot. (Note: There is a small amount of insulating silicone grease on the puncture teeth to enhance waterproof performance. Do not wipe it off during installation) 4. Install insulation cover, fully wrap the exposed electrical contact parts in the insulation material cover, and improve the safety of the circuit. 5. Adjust the distance between the arcing head on the lightning arrester and the piercing arcing head, and fix the distance between the two installations below the lightning arrester (see Table 2 for specific dimensional relationships) 6. During operation, especially after severe weather, the product should be checked in a timely manner to ensure that it has not been struck by lightning or discharged. If severe lightning damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner. |
