商品说明
purpose A protective device for preventing lightning strikes and wire breakage of overhead insulated conductors, as well as for electrical testing and temporary grounding during maintenance and construction, suitable for copper and aluminum overhead insulated conductors. ● Specifications and technical parameters model Wire cross-sectional range (mm ²) remarks FDL-50/240 50-240 Puncture type FDL-50/240B 50-240 Non puncture type ● Performance parameters 1. Lightning full wave impulse withstand voltage (peak) kV: 100 2. 1-minute power frequency withstand voltage (effective value) kV: 50 3. Power frequency arc current (effective value) kA: 12.5 4. Rated bending withstand load: 5kN 5. Minimum nominal creepage distance: 360mm 6. The puncture site is coated with a unique waterproof insulation paste ● Installation instructions Align the wire clamping slot of this product with the parallel direction of the conductor and install it on the cross arm. Tighten the steel foot nut, which is the same as the traditional installation method of insulators; Turn the ignition rod towards the load side. ◆ Puncture type thread clamping method: 1. The tightening method of aluminum alloy torque nut: parallel the insulated wire into the wire clamp groove, first tighten the torque nut by hand, then alternately and evenly tighten it with a socket wrench until the top of the torque nut falls off, and then assemble the insulation sheath on the wire clamp fixture. 2. The tightening method of ordinary nuts: Set the torque value of the torque wrench according to the wire section and weather temperature: 20-35NM. Use the torque wrench to alternately and symmetrically tighten the two pressure nuts. When the wrench reaches the set torque value, tighten the backup nut to prevent the pressure nut from loosening. Then assemble the insulation sheath on the wire clamp. Non puncture clamping method: Peel off the insulated wire by about 65-80mm and wrap it with aluminum tape embedded in the wire clamp fixture. Use a wrench to tighten the clamping nut and drive the pressure block seat to tighten the wire. Then assemble the insulation sheath on the wire clamp fixture. |
