Purpose

The NXL series wedge type tension clamp is suitable for 10kV and below distribution lines. It fixes overhead insulated aluminum wires or bare aluminum wires on corner or terminal tension rod insulators to fix or tighten the overhead wires. The insulation cover is used in conjunction with the tension clamp to provide insulation protection.

● Structural characteristics

1. Choose non-magnetic high-strength anti alumina alloy material with no electrical energy loss;

2. Wedge block locking structure, easy and reliable installation;

3. The circular arc is tightly held over a large area, making the wire less prone to creep and having a strong grip.

● Performance characteristics of insulation cover

1. Working voltage withstand: ≥ 18kV, maintain voltage for 1 minute without breakdown;

2. Insulation resistance: ＞ 1.0 × 10 Ω;

3. Environmental temperature: -30 ℃~90 ℃;

4. Climate resistance performance: After 1008 hours of artificial climate aging test, the performance is good.
