The main component is SiO2, and other components such as F and Ge are doped in specific areas according to product characteristics. The outer diameter of the finished preform is about 130mm, and it is used to draw single-mode optical fibers that meet the standards of ITU-T G.652B/D and ITU-T G.657.A1/A2/B3.
